Vendor Terms of Service

Overview

Some DBT services rely on third-party platforms, vendors, software, hardware, cloud services, or service providers. When a DBT service includes or depends upon a third-party service, that vendor’s terms may apply in addition to DBT’s own Terms of Service and the applicable Statement of Work.

Use the directory below to open each vendor’s terms in a new browser tab. Vendor terms may be updated by the applicable vendor from time to time. DBT provides these links for convenience and contract transparency.

Customer Notes

Vendor terms may apply when a DBT service includes, resells, provisions, manages, integrates, or supports a third-party product or platform. The applicable Statement of Work may identify specific vendors, service platforms, subscriptions, or hardware used to deliver the service.

If a vendor relationship, service platform, or software component changes, DBT will handle any required customer communication according to the applicable agreement, Statement of Work, and service change provisions.

These links are not intended to replace the applicable vendor’s official legal page. If a vendor changes its legal URL or publishes updated terms, the vendor’s current official terms will govern that vendor’s services unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
